GRTW: CONCEPT

Project: 7th Term
Challenge: Interieur design of an ambulance for major catastrophic events
Duration: 4 Months from research to 3D Model

The GRTW: Concept is the next generation of a large-capacity ambulance. Based on a Mercedes Citaro, the whole interior was redesigned and optimised to guarantee a professional environment for the medics. The concept shows the ideal condition for such a large-capacity ambulance with a technical horizon of 5 years.

I had the chance to visit the Wiener Rettung. One of the oldest ambulance services in the world.
The amazing team answered every question and showed me and my fellow students their complete equipment.
This was inspiring and set the priorities in my project to start with a head full of ideas.

The simple and clean interior provides a professional workplace.
Every medical equipment can be stored in the boxes on the side. They are fast to access and a color code highlights different categories.
